Family 

First and foremost, we are a family. We like to think that this family extends to our customers and our workers. After all, without their support, we would not be here! 

Animal Welfare 

We are committed to maintaining the highest animal welfare standards on our farm. We proudly support the the globally-recognized “Five Freedoms” of animal welfare, and have implemented practices which are consistent with these principles. 

Environmental Stewardship

We believe it is our duty to farm responsibly, in a way that minimizes our impact on the local wildlife. As part of this, we have introduced various measures to encourage biodiversity and to promote healthy animal and plant populations in our fields and woodlands. 

Sustainability

We are also committed to farming in a more sustainable manner. Whether it's increasing efficiencies within our herd, utilizing food waste or byprodcts as part of our feed ration or reducing our energy consumption, we are always looking to find new ways we can reduce our carbon footprint.
